The Conference will be the most significant climate change conference in the southern hemisphere.

Booths
Single booths are 3 metres by 3 metres. Walls are 2.4 metres high. Your company name will be displayed prominently on the booth fascia. Lighting and power are included.
Booth hire includes two Conference registrations, transferable within your organisation. Your organisation will be listed as an exhibitor in the Conference handbook. You will receive a list of delegate contact details, subject to delegate approval.
Cost: $5,000 incl. GST
Double booths are 6 metres by 3 metres.

Arrival and set up
Set up will be from 6 pm to 9 pm on Sunday 13 November, 2005.

Dismantling and departure
Exhibitors may commence dismantling their booths on Thursday 17 November after 4 pm.
The Carlton Crest Hotel, the organising committee or its contractor will not be held responsible for any goods left behind.
Display Material: Staples are unsuitable for attaching material to the panels. The use of coarse Velcro tape will be sufficient in most cases.
Booth hire includes two Conference registrations, transferable within your organisation. Any others wishing to attend sessions must register for the Conference and pay the appropriate registration fee.
Exhibition rules
No advertising materials, such as banners or brochures, are allowed outside the designated booth area.
There must be no excessive noise that inconveniences other exhibitors or delegates.
There must be no obstructions in the aisles and walkways.

Special Conference accommodation rates are available. Please contact the Conference organisers.
Exhibitors should consult their own insurance companies for adequate personal cover and cover on merchandise and displays. Each exhibitor must complete and return to the organisers the form indemnifying the organisers against damage to the Carlton Crest Hotel.
Payment of booth rental and hired goods and service payment of the booth rental fee is required on initial booking to secure a space. Cancellations prior to 31 July 2005 will receive a full refund. After 31 July, a cancellation fee of $500 will apply.
Booth sites will be allocated by the organising committee. Sponsors of the Conference will receive preferential booth position.
A comprehensive exhibition package will be sent to you on confirmation of your exhibition space.
